3rd Circ. Vacates Sentence For Ex-Rite Aid Exec

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 6:18 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has vacated a 10-year accounting fraud sentence for former Rite Aid Corp. executive Franklin Brown, sending the case back to a lower court to determine if the sentence is justified under new rules established by the U.S. Supreme Court.
