EPA Demands Cleanup After Puerto Rican Refinery Fire

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 5:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has ordered Caribbean Petroleum Refinery LP to continue the cleanup at a refinery in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, after an explosion in October caused a fire that lasted for days and an oil spill that threatened nearby wetlands and water bodies.
