Honeywell Limits Engine Repair Competition: Aerotec

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 2:56 PM EST) -- Aerotec International Inc. has filed an antitrust suit against Honeywell International Inc., claiming that the aerospace giant is intentionally working to block rivals in the market for repairs of small gas turbine engines used in jet aircraft.
