CVS Hits KV With $100M Claim Over Recalled Drugs

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 3:00 PM EST) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. has sued KV Pharmaceutical Co. and subsidiary Ethex Corp. for allegedly failing to supply certain generic drugs after regulators recalled them, which the drugstore chain estimates cost it $100 million over the past year.
