ITC Seeks Immunity From Stay In Spansion Ch. 11

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 3:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has asked a federal district court to lift the automatic stay in the bankruptcy of Spansion Inc. and its affiliates so that it can proceed to adjudicate patent actions brought by Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd. against the debtors.
