Ex-Execs Of WebMD Unit Convicted Of Conspiracy

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 3:00 PM EST) -- A federal jury has convicted two former executives of a one-time subsidiary of WebMD Corp. of participating in a conspiracy to fraudulently inflate the company's reported earnings by more than $16.8 million.
