2 Claims Cut In $2.8M Patent Verdict Against Bridgeport

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 3:57 PM EST) -- A federal judge ruled Wednesday that two steel adapters made by Bridgeport Fittings Inc. don't infringe patents held by Arlington Industries Inc., punching a hole in a $2.8 million jury verdict against Bridgeport in the eight-year-old infringement and breach of contract battle.
