Nestle, Others Targeted By FDA Over Misleading Labels

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 2:33 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has sent warning letters to a slew of food manufacturers — including Nestle SA, PBM Products LLC, Ken's Foods Inc. and Pom Wonderful LLC — saying their products' nutritional labels have misleading and illegal dietary information.
