Northland Bests Chicago Title In Coverage Appeal

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 1:36 PM EST) -- Upholding a trial court’s dismissal, a Florida appeals court has ruled that errors and omissions carrier Northland Insurance Co. is not required to cover a judgment granted to Chicago Title Insurance Co. in an underlying suit over an attorney’s theft of escrow funds.
