Ohio EPA Appeals CAA Violation Ruling

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 2:45 PM EST) -- The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has taken a ruling invalidating a state emissions law's pollution loophole to a federal appeals court, challenging the authority of the Sierra Club to dispute the law in the first place.

Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray filed notice of the appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit on behalf of the Ohio EPA in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Wednesday.
