EPA Asks Court To Approve Deal In WildEarth Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 4:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking approval of a proposed consent decree that would resolve a dispute between the agency and environmental group WildEarth Guardians over a provision of Utah law that allegedly violates the Clean Air Act.

The EPA filed a motion Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado asking for approval of the proposed decree, which was filed with the court in November. The motion states that WildEarth does not oppose the motion.
