EEOC Told To Fork Over Names In Cintas Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 3:58 PM EST) -- A federal magistrate judge has ordered the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to turn over the names of all the women it intends to seek damages for in a long-running sex discrimination suit against Cintas Corp.

Judge Donald A. Scheer of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Tuesday granted Cintas' motion to compel information about the identities of all the women in the EEOC's case as well as questionnaires that the agency sent to potential plaintiffs.
