Senate Leaders Reveal Patent Reform Compromise

Law360, New York (March 4, 2010, 7:17 PM EST) -- A new bipartisan compromise on patent reform legislation released Thursday will give trial courts more oversight on damages in patent cases and will make it more difficult to file false patent marking actions, according to one attorney.
