Dutch Court OKs Lindows As Corporate Name

Law360 (June 1, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Dutch court has granted Lindows, the company behind Linux operating system Linspire, the right to retain the use of the corporate “Lindows” name, dealing a setback to Microsoft’s wide-reaching trademark litigation against the smaller rival.
