Patent Reform Compromise Won't End Debate

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 7:40 PM EST) -- The latest amendments to patent reform legislation are an attempt by the Senate Judiciary Committee to strike a middle ground, but damages provisions and other measures in the bill are still likely to stir up controversy, according to intellectual property attorneys.
