Trustee Appeals Bruno's Bankruptcy Sale Bonuses

Law360, New York (March 8, 2010, 3:52 PM EST) -- The liquidating trustee for Bruno's Supermarkets LLC is appealing a court order giving the bankrupt grocery store chain the green light to distribute certain incentive and retention payments to top employees that were triggered by a sale of Bruno's assets.
