Supreme Court Rebuffs Saint-Gobain Fridge Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2010, 11:58 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to weigh in on a patent battle over a refrigerator shelf in which Saint-Gobain Corp. sought to overturn a permanent injunction secured by appliance component maker Gemtron Corp.
