Ruling Keeps ND Water Supply Project On Hold

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 3:19 PM EST) -- A federal judge has maintained an injunction that will prevent the U.S. from completing a water supply project in North Dakota, saying the government still needs to take a “hard look” at the cumulative impacts of water withdrawal and invasive species issues.
