Citgo Liable For CWA Violations In La. Oil Spill: Judge

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 3:10 PM EST) -- A federal judge has determined that Citgo Petroleum Corp. should be on the hook for Clean Water Act violations resulting from a June 2006 spill that released 2.2 million gallons of oil into Louisiana waterways.
