Kinder Morgan, Ethanol Co. End Plant Explosion Feud

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 12:46 PM EST) -- Cornhusker Energy Lexington LLC and its insurer have dropped a suit that accused Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC of causing an explosion at a Lexington, Neb., ethanol plant and sought to recoup $1.8 million in losses incurred following the blast.

Judge Warren K. Urbom of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska on Monday granted Cornhusker and National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh's motion to dismiss the suit without prejudice.
