St. Paul Ducks Liability For $22M Software Settlement

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. does not have to cover Gartner Inc. for a $21.5 million settlement with a software developer that had accused Gartner of stealing its technology, finding that the underlying dispute did not involve personal or advertising injury.
