Fed. Claims Court Finds No Thimerosal-Autism Link

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 1:59 PM EDT) -- In three test cases in the largest omnibus proceeding in the history of the Vaccine Act, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims has again ruled against parents alleging thimerosal vaccines caused their children's autism.

Evidence introduced by the parents did not stack up to defense experts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, three special masters said Friday in three separate rulings siding with the government.
