Democrats To Push For Medicare Changes In 2007

Law360 (December 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Just a year after sweeping changes to Medicare prescription benefits took effect, a shift in power could mean more changes on the horizon.

Democratic legislators are looking at allowing the government to negotiate with drug companies directly to decrease the costs of prescriptions for the elderly.
