New Climate Change Guidance For Federal Agencies

Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- On Feb. 18, the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) issued draft guidance to all federal agencies requiring the consideration of climate change impacts in documents issued under the National Environmental Policy Act.
