Schering, Neutrogena Ads Are Both Misleading: Judge

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has found that both Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Inc. and rival Neutrogena Corp. made false and misleading claims in sunscreen commercials that violated the Lanham Act and Delaware law.

Judge Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware issued her findings Monday after conducting a bench trial in early January on the parties' competing false advertising claims.
