Health Care Bill Heads To Obama's Desk

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 4:26 PM EDT) -- The U.S. House of Representatives has passed legislation to expand health coverage for millions of uninsured Americans and address major issues in the health care and pharmaceutical industries, including employer-sponsored insurance plans and approval pathways for generic drugs.
