Nadel Receiver Inks $1.2M In Investor Settlements

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 3:13 PM EDT) -- The receiver for the funds managed by alleged Ponzi schemer Arthur Nadel has been busy racking up millions in settlements, recently penning $1.2 million in deals with investors who allegedly made false profits as part of the scheme.

Judge Richard A. Lazzara of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida has signed off over the last 10 days on settlements receiver Burton W. Wiand reached with investors Brian and Zachary Gordon, Paula J. Woods and Janine L. Stiffler, and Kenneth Ackerman.
