AT&T Sues Contractor For $5M Over Fuel Spill

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 1:03 PM EDT) -- AT&T Mobility LLC has filed a $5 million breach of contract suit against a construction company over the spill of 16,000 gallons of diesel fuel at a data center in Washington state.

The telecommunications company filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, saying Holaday-Parks-Fabricators Inc. should be held liable for the fuel spill damage under the construction contract it signed with AT&T.
