Hogan To Lose 18 Berlin Partners To New Firm

Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Hogan & Hartson LLP's merger with U.K.-based Lovells LLP will cost the new entity most of its Berlin partners, who have announced that they will defect to start a new firm.

In all, 18 partners from Hogan's Berlin office will leave to start Raue LLP effective May 1, the official start date of Hogan Lovells, according to a Monday statement from Raue.

The split leaves behind seven current Hogan partners in Berlin, according to a separate statement from Hogan, also issued Monday.
