Safe Skies' Luggage Lock Suit Hits Turbulence In ITC

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 7:33 PM EDT) -- An administrative law judge has found that none of the companies targeted by Safe Skies LLC in a U.S. International Trade Commission complaint over airport security-friendly luggage locks should be held liable for patent infringement because none practices all the elements of the asserted patent claims.
