US Catfish Group Casts Bid To Enter Duty Dispute

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 1:52 PM EDT) -- The Catfish Farmers of America has tried to angle into a dispute between a Vietnamese seafood company and the U.S. Department of Commerce over anti-dumping duties on frozen fish fillets.

The trade group filed a motion to intervene on Monday in a suit launched last week by East Sea Seafoods LLC against Commerce in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
