10th Circ. Gives Cessna MDL Plaintiffs No Relief

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's dismissal of tort claims against Goodrich Corp. and Cessna Aircraft Co., brought by the owner and operator carriers of a Cessna plane they said crashed because of the failure of an aftermarket de-icing system manufactured by Goodrich.
