Delta-T Flubbed $100M Ethanol Plant In Miss.: Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Bunge-Ergon Vicksburg LLC has accused Delta-T Corp. of breaching performance guarantees in the design and construction of a $100 million ethanol plant in Mississippi.

Delta-T's deficient services during the construction and operation of the plant have caused BEV at least $4 million in damage, according to the amended complaint for breach and negligence filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi on Tuesday.
