Bio Tech Execs Hit With Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Fertilizer manufacturer Bio Tech Nutrients LLC has accused two executives of trying to abscond with confidential information and trade secrets in an effort to launch a rival company.

The two executives, John H. Kunz and Craig Mansfield, also tried to solicit Bio Tech's investment source and take $1 million for themselves that was supposed to help Bio Tech meet its debt obligations, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
