EEOC Appeals $4.5M Atty Fees In Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 11:42 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is appealing a ruling that would force it to cough up about $4.5 million in attorneys' fees and expenses in a sexual harassment suit it brought against CRST Van Expedited Inc.
