Recess Appointment Talk For NLRB Draws GOP Ire

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 2:29 PM EDT) -- All 41 Republican senators have launched an attack on President Barack Obama's bid to put union attorney and controversial National Labor Relations Board nominee Craig Becker on the NLRB, citing widespread bipartisan opposition to his nomination.
