Fund Investors Can Look At Dickstein Docs: Judge

Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A judge has agreed to lift the veil of attorney-client privilege in a dispute over fees charged by an affiliate of mutual fund giant Federated Investors Inc., allowing investors to examine certain communications from Dickstein Shapiro LLP attorneys concerning the drafting of a consultant report for the fund company.
