Dismissal Of West Caribbean Crash Suit Upheld

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit over the deadly crash of a 2005 West Caribbean Airways SA flight, finding that a district court didn’t err in dismissing a case over the passengers' deaths while allowing one over crew members' deaths to continue.
