Dewey, Orrick Merger Called Off

Law360 (January 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Discussions over the much anticipated mega merger between Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP have come to close, the firms said in a joint statement Thursday.
