Questar Defense Survives Assault In CAA Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 7:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown a wrench into the U.S. government’s lawsuit alleging Questar Gas Management Co. violated the Clean Air Act, deeming it too soon to toss Questar’s claim that regulators failed to consider emissions controls at natural gas compressor facilities and wrongly labeled them "major sources" warranting CAA regulation.
