Supervalu Accuses Hershey, Others Of Chocolate Cartel

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 6:35 PM EDT) -- Grocery chain Supervalu Inc. has become the latest major retailer to accuse The Hershey Co. and a host of other chocolate makers of fixing the prices for chocolate candy in the U.S. in order to combat a stagnating market for the products.
