Judge Delivers Blow To OCA

Law360, New York (January 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt OCA Inc. suffered a major setback, after a federal bankruptcy judge refused to confirm a reorganization plan that would have allowed the embattled orthodontics services company to emerge from Chapter 11.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Judge Jerry Brown on Thursday declined to approve the proposal, sending the company back to the drawing board to come up with a new exit strategy.
