Judge Delivers Blow To OCA

Law360 (January 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt OCA Inc. suffered a major setback, after a federal bankruptcy judge refused to confirm a reorganization plan that would have allowed the embattled orthodontics services company to emerge from Chapter 11.
