Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 12:57 PM EDT) -- Coastal Plains Energy Inc. has lost its bid to toss Emery Resource Holdings LLC's suit accusing the oil and gas development company of breaching the parties' property lease agreements by failing to pay proper natural gas production royalties.
