Pollution Suit Over La. Sewer Plants Barred: EPA

Law360, New York (March 31, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is disputing the standing of a local environmental group to sue the city and parish of Baton Rouge, La., over alleged Clean Water Act violations at three sewer treatment plants, arguing that the claims are barred under a previous consent decree.
