Prosecutors Close PurchasePro, AOL Fraud Case

Law360 (January 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Federal prosecutors closed their case Thursday against four former executives charged with conspiracy related to deals between America Online and PurchasePro.com, signaling that the long-standing fraud case may soon come to a close.
