Morgan Lewis Unfreezes, Raises Associate Pay Rates

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 7:41 PM EDT) -- Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP has unfrozen associate salary levels and announced it will offer raises to its young lawyers, moves that come after the firm revealed a shift toward a merit-based model of associate compensation earlier this year.

Firm representative Frances Marine Bravo confirmed that Morgan Lewis chair Francis M. Milone announced an “upward adjustment” in associate compensation on Monday.
