Contaminated Formula Suit Belongs In China: Judge

Law360, New York (March 31, 2010, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that Chinese parents whose infants were harmed by formula contaminated with melamine can't sue the formula maker's American parent in the U.S., rejecting their argument that repression by the Chinese government prevents them from seeking a remedy at home.
