DOJ OKs Baker Hughes, BJ Merger With Divestitures

Law360, New York (March 31, 2010, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Shareholders of Baker Hughes Inc. and BJ Services Co. gave the companies' merger their approval at a Wednesday morning meeting, following a late Tuesday announcement that Baker Hughes had reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice to divest some of its assets in exchange for antitrust clearance.
