$11.7M Oil Spill Damages Case Sent Back To NPFC

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Finding the National Pollution Funds Center's explanation for rejecting Bean Dredging LLC's request for $11.7 million in cleanup costs stemming from a 1999 oil spill to be insufficient, a federal judge has remanded the case to the agency for further explanation.
