Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a suit accusing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of failing to assess the environmental impacts of the nation's first coal-to-liquid fuel plant, ruling that environmental groups hadn't proven that the Corps incorrectly limited the scope of its review.
